Hargrove was in the market for a 20 ft. x 20 ft. carpet for their trade show booth with a 2 ft. black border around the perimeter and an orange swirl around their logo in the center. They wanted the color to pop but to appear seamless. The center was printed as a 16 ft. by 16 ft. piece and 8 black panels for the perimeter 2 ft. x 10 ft. each. The job was completed and shipped to California in 6 business days.

The biggest challenge other carpet printers have is printing ink on the top surface where heavy traffic can cause the ink to flake off. Most can only print 5 ft. to 10 ft. widths. At Print On Carpet, we are one of the only companies who can print 16 ft. seamless in a dye-sublimation process in a loop pile. Our ability to dye sub print allows ink at 400° and high pressure to become one with the carpet fibers allowing you to go wider (16 ft. x 50 ft.), get better color, longer life durability of the carpet.

For Hargrove the carpet had a 2 ft. black border around the perimeter and an orange swirl in the middle. Hargrove wanted their color to pop but they also wanted it to look seamless. That is why they reached out to Print On Carpet. We printed the middle 16 ft. x 16 ft. and then we printed 8 panels that are 2 ft. x 10 ft. for the perimeter of black.

Produced within 6 business days we had it shipped to California for their trade show.
