Working with Gotham Color of New York City, Print on Carpet printed a 38 ft. long by 10 ft. wide seamless, one piece carpet, in full color using dye-sublimated printing technology that converts the ink into a gaseous state at 400 degrees and becomes one with the carpet. The advantage to the dye-sublimated carpet is that it can be cleaned by machine or with steam technology and has no after affects on the color of the carpet. Once the carpet was dye-sublimated we trimmed the carpet to size and edged the carpet using a color coordinated fabric edging all around the outer perimeter. Once finished we rolled the carpet up, poly bagged it and shipped it to the anxious fan. Another win for Gotham Color and the Jets fan.
